How it Works

Using Kalix, invite your clients to create their own Cronometer account (or link up their existing account).

What the client does

The client receives an email containing a link they must click on. After clicking on the link they are taken to a page where they choose a password. A free Cronometer Gold account is created and automatically linked to their profile in Kalix.

The client can then download the Cronometer app on their phone or tablet.

What You Will See

Within Kalix, there is a Cronometer tab against each client's file. From here you can view:

  • The client's food diaries.

  • A nutritional analysis of their food diary with calories, macronutrients, alcohol, sodium, magnesium, and potassium.

  • A range of biometric measurements including weight, height, heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose, waist size, body fat, sleep.

On this page, you can also click on the View Full Record button to view the client's entire record and analysis in Cronometer. From Cronometer you can print records and export data here (see below).
