Linking a Referral to an Appointment
A referral can be linked to an appointment on the New/Edit Appointment screen and the Appointment Details page. If there is a current active referral for a specific client, Kalix will automatically link this referral to the client's appointment as you first create it (via the New Appointment).
Linking a Referral to a Document/Doctor's Letter
To link the Doctor to the note or letter:
Go to the client's profile and scroll down to the Documents section.
Click on New to create a new document.
Click on the template named Doctor's Note.
Kalix will automatically add the linked referral and diagnosis.
Enter the date of the appointment if you use the Calendar feature in Kalix.
Click Save
Kalix will then automatically link the referral to the document.
Alternatively, if you are not creating a document for a specific appointment or do not use Kalix's Appointments feature, you can leave the appointment date empty.
