Setting Up Service Rates in Kalix
In Kalix, you can set up and configure service rates to streamline your billing process and ensure accurate service or product charges. Follow the steps below to navigate to the service rate setup options and define your rates:
Step-by-Step Guide to Configure Service Rates
Hover on Billing on the top menu, followed by Bill Items.
Select Services and Products Under Bill Items, choose the Services and Products tab. This is where you can define and manage all billable items.
Define Service Rates - Set the price per unit for each service or product. - Assign appropriate billing codes, such as procedure codes, to these items. - Specify modifiers and any additional details required for billing compliance.
