Kalix's very first update for 2021 is now available! This upgrade's focus was billing and we are happy to report some highly requested features were released. We hope you find them useful :-)
New Feature - Merge Outstanding Bills
Kalix now allows you to merge all of a client's outstanding bills into one invoice.
A new button - Merge Open Bills is available under the Bills section of the client cover page.
New Feature - Add Tax to Bill Items
Tax (as a percentage) can now be included as part of a bill item.
Set the tax percentage you wish to charge and Kalix will calculate the total amount.
You can edit your existing bill items to include tax, as well as add tax when you are creating a new bill.
Bill Items Page Updated
The Bill Items page has received a facelift with Kalix's newer design.
Intake Forms Updated
Following Kalix's December update, our intake forms and practice policies (insurance) - available in the template library are now updated to include client details elements.
The client details elements allow client demographics entered as part of online forms and documents to automatically save to the clients' details page of their file.
Access Logs
Access logs are now available as part of the User Management page. This page lists all successful and attempted logins to your account, along with forgotten password requests.
