To ensure Kalix correctly places your Medicaid Provider ID on insurance claims, you must override Kalix's default settings by following these two steps:
Step 1: Set the Client’s Insurer Type
Navigate to your client’s profile.
Set the Insurer Type to MC - Medicaid.
Step 2: Save Your Medicaid Provider Number
Go to Account Settings.
Under Your Mailing & Billing Address, locate the field labeled Other ID Number.
Enter your Medicaid Provider Number in this field.
Set the Other ID Qualifier to Provider Commercial Number (G2).
These two steps will ensure Kalix properly places your Medicaid Provider ID on claims.
