Telehealth Upgrades
We released huge performance upgrades to Kalix's telehealth (video conferencing) feature across the board, but most noticeably for Safari on Macs and Apple devices. Improvements also allow for better compatibility between different browser types.
New Feature: Appointment Confirmation and Cancellation Via Email
Automatic appointment confirmation and/or cancellation for both appointment notices and appointment reminder emails is now available!
To use this feature, please enable email appointment confirmation and/or cancellation via Messaging Settings.
Note: Automated appointment message templates (appointment notice, appointment reminder, billing reminder & late payment notices) have been incorporated into the Messaging Settings page.
Improvements to Faxing
We have added the capacity to fax attachments (to clients and contacts) directly from the Messaging Inbox page.
Improvements to Notifications
Kalix now allows you to control the frequency that you receive tentative appointment and online document submission notifications.
We have also added the ability to receive notifications when clients confirm or cancel appointments.
To modify, edit your notifications settings via the Notifications page of My Details.
Other New Functionalities
The ability to disable the use of Gravatars for client, contact and user profiles via Account Settings.
Email appointment messages (notices & reminders) now display your uploaded location images.
You can block selected phone numbers from sending you SMS (text), text-to-voice and/or fax messages from Messaging Settings.
Clients now receive automated responses when appointments are confirmed or canceled via text message.
