Changes to Kalix's Support Hours Starting August 17 2015

We have some exciting news to share with you. Kalix is relocating to Los Angeles, California! Yes Kalix will soon be run out of the United States.

Our first official work day out of Los Angeles will be August 17. As a result of this transition, we are postponing all online demos until this date. At times, there may be a slight delay in some of our other support services until the end August. Thank you for your patience and understanding concerning this.

We are still contactable via Kalix's support site, email and our toll free number 844-688-6967. At this stage there will be no changes to Kalix's contact phone numbers.

From August 17, Kalix's support hours will move to Pacific Time, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Like always, requests can be left at any time via Kalix's support site. We remain dedicated to providing you with superior support and this change in location will help us to do this.
